ITG Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment company based in Rutland, VT that was incorporated in 2000. Our main focus is on acquiring income producing residential and commercial rental properties and managing these properties for maximum profitability.

ITG currently owns twelve income-producing properties. Within these properties there are 68 residential rental units, two offices, a commercial repair shop, two mobile home pads, and the Strongs Avenue Laundromat. The geographic area of these properties spans Rutland, Clarendon and West Rutland, Vermont.

Our primary, long term vision is to be a dominant owner and manager of rental property in Central Vermont. We also expect to expand and grow our portfolio to other markets. Initially, we have targeted Florida for phase I of geographic expansion.

ITG Management, LLC was organized in 2003. The purpose of this organization was to meet the demand for ITG's successful management system, which was sought by third party real estate investors.

Ultimately, ITG plans to become a real estate investment trust (REIT).
